Parshals?

Hi wondering if any of you ladies could help me . I have my op on Wednesday and as as far a I was aware I was having unders but just realised my notes say parshaly under the muscle . I have heard this term used before but not sure what it means? Is it just another way of saying it’s just under the muscle ? Xx
