partial under breast implants???

what are the pros and cons does anyone know? i went to see the surgeon and he told me i should have partial implants done???? why not over or under? help!!!!! thanks xx

hiya sophie I am having partials because my surgeon said my skin at the top of the chest where the top of the implant would be is really thin but have enough tissue at the bottom so basically having them partial will hide the implant at the top but at the bottom it will just be my own tissue if that makes sense so I think its like when you are inbetween not enough tissue for over but not necessary to go fully under xx

I’m pretty sure partials is under. Noone ever has fully under the muscle except men who are having a sex change or in reconstructive surgery. Most women having implants who say they have had unders just mean they have had partials xx

double bubble can happen with both placements but I think that’s when the implant like goes under the natural crease you had beforehand so goes out the pocket I think its more likely when they use an implant that is to big that your body cant handle, so it looks like it has 2 creases the new one that’s made with the implant in and the old one you had before its hare to explain without like drawing a picture

Pros for unders: cant see or feel rippling, natural look, the implant cant been seen the outline as it is under a layer of chest muscle!

Con for unders : recovery can take a little longer and may be more paiful!

As Aimee stated double bubble can happen with either unders pr overs! xxx

oh ok cool, lookin forward to my pre-destined double bubble lol i’ve had 700cc’s put in my small frame!!

I don’t think your surgeon would use it or offer it if they thought your body couldn’t accommodate it @leila1980 sure they look great 🙂 xx

thanks girls ! does partials also mean that there will be less roundness at the top of the boob and more round at the bottom? so i gues creating a tear drop effect??? just guessing lol xxx
