partials, do they fluff? Also risks?

So I found out a few days ago I had partials rather than understand as planned. I have no idea about the risks around this way, am I at risk of rippling more than what I would have been with the unders?

Also do they ‘fluff’ or change over time? I’ve had such a good start with the position and shape of them I wonder if they will stay this way or change more? I’m 12 post op.

Love them just feel like I should no abit more about the placement of them!
