Partials or over the muscle?

Is there a massive difference between partials and implants placed over the muscle? Does it give a completely different look or is it mainly if you have fairly thin skin?

mr surgeon mentioned it was something to do with breast tissue, so if you already have boobs then they usually do over the muscle, if you have got smaller boobs they usually go under to prevent the ultimate fake circle looking boobs xx

I’m an A and supposed to be having overs, it’s supposedly more to do with how much skin you have and it’s ability to stretch xx
