Partials…. Where exactly..

Mr Fraiti advised partials for me as opposed to fully unders to achieve a more natural look. Where exactly does the implant go in partials….does anyone know?

They create a pocket in ur muscle to place the implant as apose to unders were they muscle gets pulled away from rib cage then implant put In
