Past 6 weeks now been told gym is ok but is swimming ok ?

I have been to 6 week check been told gym is ok but no heavy lifting , just wondering is swimming ok probably sounds stupid i am just thinking with chlorine in the water is it ok ? I forgot to ask ! And my kids want to go swimming today .

I’m not really sure , but I would assume it would be OK to go swimming , especially as you’ve reached your six weeks po , you’ve allowed to have showers and baths , why not swimming too …

Yer you can swim after 6 weeks x
