patient coordinator –

Hi, I have an appointment to see a patient coordinator today at brighton.

Just wondering exactly what happens when you see them? Do you book a date to see the surgeon?

At mine she went through all the options ie different implants available, pro’s and con’s of each, and answered any questions i had, i’d suggest making a list as you think of things as i forgot everything i wanted to ask once i got in lol discussed the surgeons available and the hospitals i could use. I didn’t book to see the surgeon then cos we decided we would take a late space so my pc rang me late the same afternoon and i booked my surgery date and got an appointment to meet the surgeon
