Patient coordinators

Hi girls, I have my op booked for 4th jan, I just wondered when will I start hearing from my pc offering advice and support etc.I don’t really hear anything from her now, I hope she shows abit more interest nearer the time! Xx

They normally ring u to sort pre op out around a month before n usually day before ur op xxx

Got my pre op sorted, did you hear anything else from yours? I keep hearing people saying how nice there pcs were and I wondered if I was missing out on something lol xx

Hi hun I didn’t hear anythin from mine at all she didn’t even phone me b4 or after to see how I was I was a little upset she didn’t a little phone call or txt wouldn’t have hurt but I have so much trouble getting in contact with mine it’s so anoying xxx

I had the worst PC ever if u look at my convo thread I put it you will see why seriously he was a lier a bitch and unprofessional!
U just gotta kick her into gear a bit I guess

I had 2 pcs because one was covering the other and they were both great.. When you say like, will she ring you offering support, I think it’s more a case of if you need them to offer you support then you can phone them and they’ll answer all your queries etc. or arrange for you to go and see them for a chat. Mine never phoned me to see how I was until after my op but pre op whenever I needed advice I just text them and they’d ring me.. If you need some questions answering Hun just phone up because they’ll be happy to help you.. They don’t know you need support unless you show it 🙂 x

Yeah that’s true thank you, I’ve got a list of questions but ill just ask them at my pre op :). I was just abit confused when I saw a few girls say how good they have been, and their pc rings them and stuff. Aslong as I’m getting treated like the other girls that’s fine by me 🙂 xx

Not sure where it is wasn’t very vey recent hmm anyhow she lie about arranging appointments I turned up it takes 45 mins in car to go to the clinic wasted time off petrol the lot ! I txt her on the way to check ya still booked she lied and sai she left a voicmail on my old number … Funny that I always carry both my phones on me! I asked why she lied no reply , she had done it once before ! She got angry when I asked her any concerns she was rude patronising and very bitchy! And he say I wanted to pay £5,000 she said she would call me .. She neve answerd or txt back! U think she would want to get the money paid ! Don’t think she even wanted to get me in for a near date !:l even my friend agreed she was horrible! She never ever txt back if she didn’t see ness ! :l put my friend off going to mya I think but luckily I’m sorted now 🙂

Sounds to me like she’s in the wrong job!! Glad your sorted now though!! X

My pc doesn’t text or call, but answers my questions, usually pretty quickly, she was much worse and unhelpful, but I think she was overworked back then

I doubt I’d be any help but I have a few people who have given me really good advice so if u need sure anyone will be happy to help:) I’m the most annoying person ever haha I ask things like when can I apply fake tan haha

im 10 days po an ive only heard from my pc once an thats was 2 days after op! x
