Paying for surgery

Hi,

This may sound really stupid but I paid my deposit with my PC who’s now left. I want to pay some of the outstanding balance. Can I call directly to the clinic or will I have to call my new PC.

Also on my care plan it says I can pay by bank transfer but I’m a little worried to do this, has anyone paid in this way?

Hi hunni. I paid by bank transfer and it was fine. My PC also left after I paid deposit but they contacted me when the rest was due 🙂 they texted me the bank details to pay xx

I had just called the clinic directly as they have all of your details and they took my card payment over the phone
