I am having my Free first consultation tomorrow what do I need to take and will I be needing to make a payment tomorrow or when do you pay? X

I had to make a payment to book my surgery x

If you book your surgery you’ll need to pay a deposit, or the full balance. If not you will book a consultation with your surgeon xo

So if I go tomorrow then I can book a consultation to see the surgeon and then pay after that? How much deposit is needed? X

Yeah, that’s what I did. I’m not sure how much the deposit is, I paid half my balance and the rest over ten months. Your PC will go through it all with you x

Your consultations are free, both the initial consultation and the surgeon, in fact you can see all the surgeons if you want and there’s no charge.

You only need to pay when you’ve decided on your surgeon and date, and it’s a £500 deposit to secure your date at hospital xx

You will need a form of ID tomorrow, they don’t accept cash at the clinic so you don’t need to take any with you. Your consultation tomorrow is free and so is your surgeon consultation. If/when you decide to go ahead with the procedure you need a minimum of £500 to secure your surgery date and then finance options can be arranged for the remainder if you’re wanting to take that option xx

I paid £500 and booked a date a few days before meeting my surgeon as I needed done by a certain date, I only did this with the agreement that after my surgeon consultation I had 10 days to cancel and get all of my deposit back.

Can you pay by cash or not?

I took cash to my first consultation and couldn’t pay as they don’t take it at the clinic, they also don’t accept maestro cards so I had to do a bank transfer.

I would ring your clinic before you go and check whether you can pay cash or not x
