Hey so once you have payed £500 to secure your surgery date how soon before the surgery do you have to pay the full amount by like months or weeks x

Yes you do. Three weeks before your surgery date you pay the remaining balance x

is your payment going through easily? mines taking ages, and they keep putting the wrong balance on my credit agreement, this is the third time ive had to ring about it and nobody has said that I needed to pay 3 weeks before my surgery date :/

On my care plan and documents it’s says Balance is due 56 days prior to surgery date xxx

I booked my surgery yesterday for 9th june so paid the balance in full then. The correct amount has come out of my account.

Full amount is 56 days before surgery date xx

If you want longer to pay speak to your PC I’m sure they’ll be able to sort something out xx

56 days before is when it needs to be paid byxx

Ok thankyou I’ve set up a piggy bank so then it will be paid with that thankyou just so I have a rough idea xx
