Pc Katy Leeds?

Has anyone had Katy as a pc at Leeds please? And what did you think?
I’m 8 weeks post op and can’t help but feel annoyed at the care/service I’ve experienced. Not replying to texts/calls? Has this happened to anyone else?

I’m with the Chelmsford clinic, I’m pre op and they never return messages or answer emails. Even in the waiting room everyone said the same… sounds like it runs in the company! Xx

To be fair I’m at the manchester clinic and my pc is lauren she always returns my calls and tx it might take a couple of days but they are very busy especially when the surgeons are doing a clinic I think Mya have the best surgeons and to be honest that’s more important than your pc x

Oh yeah I don’t fault my surgeon at all I had Dr mounir and he was amazing! Of corse that is more important! But I always think the before and after care is important and not returning calls/texts at all is highly irritating x

I know I hear this a lot from other clinics but newcastle clinic is amazing they always answer and reply within the day and ive posted on here that im in pain and the nurse rings Me straight away to see if im ok. I hope Leeds step up their game! Xxx

I wish Leeds was like that! My nurse has also been great but overall just think they need to step it up xx

Just think it’s hilarious 3 years aftercare is a load of bolloks! I’ve finally managed to get hold of someone today after leaving 100s of messages x

Hey guys I’ve booked my surgery in Liverpool clinic my pc is Lauren but I’ve lost her mobile number when I got my new phone I’ve rang the clinic to pass message on but she’s still not called and she’s usually great at getting back to me does anyone have her work mobile number please xx

I had Leeds clinic mainly Louisa but dealt with Katy too. They both where fab. Post op I rang the nurse Jenny if i had a problem as she was the one I needed any way. And as some as i posted a concern in her she rang me same/ next day x

I have got katy and she is fab, always nice and she always messages and phones me back.. what you have to remember is that it is her work phone so I think they only use it within working hours or that’s what I guessed as I messaged Sunday and Monday morning she was in touch with me.
