PC Leeds- Aimee

Hi guys.

I’ve been trying to change my appointment for my first surgical consultation as it’s in a week. I spoke to my PC at leeds clinic who said she could change it but I’ve not heard anything since and app hasn’t been changed.
Does anyone have the same PC and is having problems getting in touch?

I’ve had no problems with Aimee and I think she’s lovely. Just keep ringing, they’re massively understaffed in that office! X

I had Aimee before my op, Iv not heard from her since I booked my surgery which I’m a bit disappointed about. As soon as I payed for my surgery she stopped getting in touch xx

Okay thanks. I’ve emailed and rang twice but no luck. Just don’t want to seem like I’m bugging bit want it sorted x

Heard back today from her and the clinic gave me a call. They’ve been really busy so not had so much time to reply to emails etc but I’m excited to see the surgeon! X

They are massively understaffed in that office I think !! Xx
