Peeling boobies

Hi girls, I’m 18 days post op and my boobs have started to go dry and peely! When I saw the nurse last week, she did say that as my boobs were shiny they would probably start to peel where I was originally so flat chested. I’ve put some vitamin E cream on them (not near the incisions) at the moment but can anyone recommend the best moisturiser to use please? Xxx
