Period?

Has anyone come on their period just before their op and did it still go ahead? Thanks x

I came off the day before but I think it will be fine. Xx

Apparently it’s fine just have to let the hosp know on arrival so they can give u a pad to wear during the op x

ive read someone came on, on the op day and it still went ahead im sure u will be fine xxx

i was due to start the day of op hun i just let them know that was the case was no problem though and i never ended up getting it for about another 5 days, all the meds and stuff must have put a halt on it lol as I’m usually bang on xxx

I was mid way through mine, still had my op, told nurse in hosp she gave me a pad and also said it was ok to keep tampon in x

I had my operation yesterday and I’m on ; it was absoloutly fine just tell them though a they gave me a different pair of knickers to wear ! But it’s not a problem at all xx
