personal care plan?

Hi girls! Ive read in couple threads people talking about a personal care plan…what is it exactly and when do you receive it? I confirmed prices verbally with my pc but got nothing written down is that what it is? I am going to pay my full amount this week but id like to know do we get a receipt or something?

I received my care plan via email once I’d made my date official and paid the deposit.
When I paid the rest of the outstanding amount, I had a receipt emailed to me a couple days later when I asked my PC.

Hi bbe, yep it’s just like a very brief summary of your care, the surgeon, date, price, amount paid so far, length of stay, procedure, preop date,you name & D.O.B, then you have to sign electronically. Just confirms what you are having done. I got my original one 9 days before surgery , the got a revised one 3 days before as the info needed amending. Xxx
