Personalised care plan

Anyone received their personalised care plan email and the price not be what you were quoted…by quite a lot!! Have emailed my PC but know I won’t hear back for a while with it being bank holidays….totally worried now!!!xx

I was sent mine and the wrong procedure and price! 2000 lower which would have been nice lol. They will just change it, a user error x

Hi Yes that’s happened to me. They’ve quoted £ more than what I was told in my initial consultation. I’m hoping it is an error as it’s worried me all weekend. I’ve sent an email so just waiting to hear back. I’m booked in for uplift and implants in just under 2 weeks. So excited.

I’ve not heard anything back yet hun…didn’t think I would yet though to be honest. Will let u know what they say but hoping it is just an error!! Xxx

this might sound stupid but whats a personalised care plan? i’m booked in for 2 weeks and paid everything but havent recieved this, sorry if its a dumb question.

Not at all hun….it’s just an email that I got to read through and ‘e-sign’ it…think it’s the contract for the surgery! Xx

Yeah mine was the wrong price when it got sent through.. I’d agreed a discount which wasn’t on it. Emailed them and they amended it straight away with no fuss so don’t worry too much! x
