Hi all. I am booked in to have Vaser on 24th Sept but am anxious about what size clothes to buy so that I am comfortable at home and in work. I see lots of before and after pics which look amazing and hope to get the same good results but I was wondering if anyone has any photos of them wearing the 4d vest etc and advice on what size clothes to buy .. I am a size 12. Any help would be great
Hey.
I had vaser to my lower and upper abs and my flanks, im now 5 days post op. Im a size 12 and i thought that my clothes wouldve been fine…haha. Not at all…so far ive worn leggings with really long tops, tops that are baggy for example blouses that fall from the boobs…. My youngest is 5.1/2 months i have a few blouses from my maternity wear ive put back on. personally I dont want to go out and spend money on clothes that’ll last for 6weeks.. Ive read posts that say buy Atleast 2 sizes bigger than you are. I just got my partner to take pics of my garment on… Hopefully someone may suggest for me to look better…ive trimmed the boob area myself to make it more comfortable. I wear a 32g bra, so when i do have a bra on its like there in my face which is really uncomfortable, annoying and omg there next to go!!! Haha.
I would but 2 sizes bigger if u want it not to show. Or better skill maternity jeans!! I got some cheap ones from new look in my normal size with a fabric bump stretch bit and that worked well for me!
Atleast the weathers cooler now – I had my surgery mid July and was a nightmare dressing in the heatwave – especially as had arms done too! Had to hide it all as no one knew!!
It’s a pain but it’s only 4 weeks (a of which I’ll be off work recovering anyway so will be in bed/at home!!)
I still put my 4d vest on at night sometimes if I’ve particularly swollen up again during a busy day at work – bout to slip into now actually!!
It’s all worth it! X
Hi all,
I’m booked in for vaser on the 21st sept. Very excited, but worried about the vest and garment!! I’m currently a size 12 and really don’t want anyone finding out I’ve had it done!
Any tips on how to hide the garment??
Was thinking of telling people I’ve put my back out and I’m wearing a back support. Lol
Jo
Thank you for the replies. I am as you said glad it’s now cooler as I am having my flanks, back and arms done so my garment is covering near enough all of my body !! Only 2 weeks and counting will update everyone what it’s like for me . Sorry Emma I can’t see the photos on your profile ?
