Pics of A cup to C/D? Mr Kazzazi??

I have my second consultation booked for Monday with Mr Kazzazi, has anyone had him for a ba, if so how was he and how do the results look? Also, anyone gone from an A cup to C/D?? Im unsure of which size to go up to so wanted to see difference if anyone has before and after pics I could see please?

Hi i have 460cc unders from a 34b. He said that would be DD but im wearing sports bras that are a E..
Everything went great, not back at work till 28th xx
