How was the local anaesthetic with sedation? Did you feel anything? We’re you aware of what was going on. So nervous! Xo

I was really nervous about this bit too but honestly the team are great! You walk in to the theatre which is quite small. Your greeted by the 5/6 members of staff that are all there to look after you. You lay down on the operating bed and they make conversation with you. I made a fist with one hand and squeezed the other nurses hand. I honestly felt nothing what so ever. I had my eyes closed and imagined what my new boobs would look like. Next thing I remember is waking up and smiling. You will be so well looked after. Xxxx

I’m healing ok thank you. Taking it day by day. My right side is more irritating than the left. Keep getting cramp and stinging around my stiches but other than that I’m feeling great. How are you feeling? Xx

i chose mr mounir as i was scared of feeling things under sedation so I think your description above will help others! it would have helped me earlier on but im really happy with mr mounir and the GA route anyway!

Vanessa good luck for April! It will come around so fast. I would recommend going back and trying on tight dresses and outfits with the implant sizes until your 100% happy with how they will look against your body. I went back 3 times with outfits before settling with 300cc. Your surgeon knows best. I was told I could go up to 410 at another clinic without being measured. But after trying on the sizes at MYA I made my mind up. XXX

It’s been tougher than I thought it would be. Random pains, very tight strapping and the feeling of 2 baby elephants sat on my chest. Definitely not a walk in the park xx

The surgery is defiantly the easiest bit Fiona! I bet yours feel very heavy! Mine feel like they could just slide off my chest at any given moment haha. I wore lots of chicken fillets in the run up to my op to get used to the heavy ness. I hope your taking it easy:) and gave someone around to help you xxx

My pics are up on insta ladies 🙂 I’m really happy with them so far. They still have a lot of healing and settling to do but to go from a flat chested 32b to a fuller bust hopefully a D/DD and never having to wear a triple padded bra or super gel padded bikini. I can’t wait for summer. My scars are very neat and 1 is still closing. I didn’t realise you are stitched from the inside. MIND BLOWN. I really can’t fault MYA at all. My mum was great help I don’t know how people do it all on their own. Xxx
