Plastic nose stud allowed?

Will I be allowed a plastic nose stud? Haven’t had mine done long so don’t want it to close up 🙁

Hi daisy the op should only take no longer then a hour you can put it back in when your out and a plastic nose stud will be fine x

I bought a plastic one for my op but the nurse said I had tot take it out anyway! So I just put it in as soon as I woke up! AS long as the piercing isnt really new it wot close up…xx

i didn’t have a nose stud but they even told me to take off my dalai lama cord bracelet. it’s something to do with zero germ tolerance. x

Are you not supposed to have any piercings in? Do you know why? X

Plastic studs should be fine hun. I was told at my pre op with the nurse that if I couldn’t take my nose ring out I could wear a plastic retainer. I also couldn’t get my tragus piercing out before my surgery so they just covered it with a plaster and got me to sign a consent form.

I have a plastic tongue bar and belly bar, nothing was said to remove them xx

Ah thank you, I can’t get mine out arghhhh hopefully they’ll let me put a plaster over it. Op is tomorrow I’m so scared xx

They let me keep it in just taped it and got me to sign a form 🙂 xx
