Please help

I’m in so much pain in my left incision I just feel like crying I’m normally good with pain I’ve had two children with no pain relief but I literally cannot cope. Painkillers aren’t helping. Anyone else had this. Attached a pic of what my incision looks like xx

Hi hun, if it is causing you so much pain i think you should ring your MYA nurse and speak to them about it, they might ask you to go to your clinic for them to take a look at it.

Hi hun, It is normal for one incision to hurt more than the other. My left incision has been hurting more since day 2 post-op. I am 3 weeks post-op and it has completley gone. What meds are you taking? Are you getting plenty of rest? x

I can barely move or even speak it’s like breathtaking I’m in agony 🙁 xx

I have been taking 15/500 co cod amol and it isn’t doing nothing at All! I can’t cope with this pain it’s just getting worse xx

Maybe you should consider calling your doctor and asking for something stronger hun like tramadol this would definitely take your pain away and help you to sleep. Also ibuprofen for swelling x

Hiya hunny, how many days post op are you? I was in agony too for over a week, I rang my nurse and she told me its normal to feel pain more on one boob, but make sure your resting, but definitely ring the mya nurses they will know if you should need to be brought in, but in the meantime you could ring your doctors to see about higher pain meds? The doc can also see if anything is wrong on the outside. Honestly hun my pain was excruciating I was crying every day but I’m not 2 weeks and the only discomfort I’m having is little Sharp shock like pains and my incisiona rubbing xxx

I am in tears I am 8 days post op this is the worst pain I’ve ever experienced I can’t move or barely even speak my partner going to call mya 🙁 strapping was off yesterday I just thought there was pain on left incision due to it being so tight but since it’s been off its got so much worse. I feel like I have to pull my Macon away from it too. The pain is so bad it’s making me feel sick 🙁 xxx
