please help.. for breast enlargement with Dr Falladhar..

Im had a consultaion with MYA back in 2011 and now finally took the step and having my consultation with surgeon Dr Falladhar in September.. has anyone had him? i have seen good reviews.. and booked my surgery for breast implants for the end october eeeaaakkkk!!

But on reading others reviews, (this is no doubt something i’ll find out on my consultation i’m sure) but what are the different implants like 360/320/490.. dont know exact numbers sorry lol but wot do they mean.. also unders/overs?

I had my daughter 4 years ago and went up to a DD but then went back down to very small 32A i dont want to go too big but a C/D at biggest and a natural look.. im so excited but scared at same time of something going inside my body and worried by the stories of not being able to cuddle my daughter properly!

Any comments please..

Hiya, I saw him on sat. Like you i had a baby (turns 2 next month)and went to a D and now left with v empty 32A. He is very realistic as to what size you can go and type of implant. Im hoping to book with him for end of Nov this year.

He has said to me that biggest i can go is 310cc (smallish i think?) which should hopefully achieve a C. He also said i have to have a high profile implant to fill the empty skin from pregnancy and breastfeeding and i can only have partial unders do to not enough tissue for overs and lack of muscle to have full unders. But have only read good things about him so happy for him to do surgery.

I wanted to see him this month but earliest days i could do is Sept, Im really looking forward to meeting him i have wanted it done since was 18 with small boobs just dont feel womanly especially after having them so full after the baby then to go back so small.. is the 310cc a certain impant type?

What is high profile implant?

im a bit worried though as im very small too.. i take it overs n unders are the implant under or over muscle.. i would want mine under the muscle as look more natural.

My friend had surgery afer 2 children went from a 32a to a large C some bras a B and she is very skinny too hers look so natural wouldnt think she had surgery but she had the teardrop implant under the muscle.

I know i cant wait.. So you can either have low profile/teardrop, medium profile or high profile I dont really understand it all but i think its what look you want to achieve at the end and how much breast tissue you already have there. I want fullness at the top as my boobs seem to drop a little thats why im going high profile hope this has helped x

310/375 etc refers to the size or weight of implant, so a 500 cc would be pretty big. the profile is how much the implant sticks out. low would look wider and flater whereas high would be less wide but stick out more x

Hi I have 2 boys one 5 years and the other 2 in sept, I had mr falladar on the 13th of this month. And am now nearly 2 weeks post op and can cuddle my boys.

First week I must admit was difficult when little one was saying “mummy cuddles” but I just had to instead of picking him up. I had to bend down on the floor on my knees and go down to his level and he just came a sat on my lap and that was enough for him.

I had 34a/b boobs which didn’t grow through pregnancy I put on 6 stone with each boy and my boobs didn’t grow… I had 10lb 5 baby and an 11lb baby. And I stress again BOOBS DIDN’T GROW!

So I am getting married next April so I thought I would treat myself to so boobies.

I had 420s under the muscle.

Helllo! I’m also having 375 high profile at the end of this month. I’m so excited. I’m a 34 b at the moment and would love to see patients results and know I’m choosing the right one. Does anybody have before a and afters on here? X
