Please help need advise!

I would much appreciate any advice as I am so worried! Ok so I am 4 days post opp. I had 300cc under the muscle from basically no chest at all. When I woke up from surgery one implant was sitting perfectly about 1cm under my armpit and the other was really raised and sits basically right under my armpit and high don’t no if I am explaining good enough but it’s been 4 days now and the one side which was ok seems to have settled but the other side is so saw and stiff under my armpit and also at the top of my breast please as anyone else had this feels like the implant is stuck up high one side any advice would be great ! Scared it’s popped out above my muscle or something like that and it won’t drop x

@anonymous1994 Hi chicken don’t panic! Youre going to be stiff and swollen at this point – in the first few days/weeks they look weird and feel weird and there’s all sorts of crazy sensations going on but the chances are it’s just normal for youre journey at this point and everything will settle down in time. Your 1WPO appt with the nurse isn’t far away so I’m sure she’ll reassure you. Can you take a picture of what you’re describing? Xxx
