PLEASE HELP! Petite 30A going with 350cc overs

I’m 5ft and have wanted a BA for years. After tons of research I finally decided to go for it, and thought I would be getting around 400ccs if not a little more. I’m not opting for the most natural look, whilst I don’t want them to be ridiculous, I do want pretty big boobs. I was hoping for an E cup.

Met my surgeon and he took one look at me, did some measurements and said 350ccs max!!! And he estimated that would take me to a 30D. He said that he personally wouldn’t put in more than 300ccs but my body will allow up to 350ccs if I’m insistent on going as big as poss. Said there physically is not room for more than that and is also concerned in terms of safety, so I trust his judgment, but now I’m just nervous about what the end result will be.

I’ve looked a lot online and people getting 350ccs generally don’t end up with the result I had in mind, although none of those people are as short/ flat chested as me to begin with. Anyone on here with similar stats so I know what to expect?

I have similar stats, I’m 5’1, small size 8 32b but flat as anything.

I just had my op and had overs 325cc as he said that’s the biggest I could take. He said about the width of boob to width of silicon I guess they wouldn’t sit right if the implant was wider then the skin.

If you did find a surgeon and he would go way bigger you may still be unhappy if they didnt sit right 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Mine haven’t dropped at all yet so wouldn’t give you a good idea, but happy to show you when they have xxx

Yeah my surgeon said the same thing about width! I’m not interested in changing surgeon because I do trust what he’s saying and he said that if he could fit a bigger implant he would, but my body just won’t allow it and it wouldn’t be worth the safety risks. As much as I want big boobs I don’t want any complications so I’ll trust his judgment!

I’m just trying to determine what I can expect so I can get used to the idea now as opposed to being disappointed afterwards, my surgery is late Feb. Did you find you had enough tissue to go over? I was expecting to have to go with unders and am still super shocked my surgeon suggested overs as I have literally NO breast tissue apart from a very minuscule amount at the lower pole. Due to weight loss I’m like a deflated 30A with no upper pole fullness, but a little underboob fullness. When I was 2-3 stone heavier I was still only a 32B, I thought I was flat then until I lost weight and am what I am now lol

Hi I was a 32a and I had 340ccs I wanted 400 but he wouldn’t do any higher and now measuring a 32d or 32dd in some shops they are high profiles which he said would look bigger as more projection than moderate .. I think I look more like a big c small d tho and I’m very happy with mine .. I do have pics of that would help ? X

Hiya I’m sort of the same I’m 5ft and 6 stone 8 I was a 32b but that was with loads off padding so probably an A I went on top the muscle and had my op two weeks tomorrow I do have pictures but don’t want to post them but would happily send them on what’s app if you wanted I’m more than happy with the size and if I’m honest if I went any bigger which I think would be the same for you the healing would of been a lot harder the first week was harder than I thought just felt so tight let alone if I went any bigger I had 325cc xx
