Please help! Uplift & implants or just implants?

Hey!
I was previously a perky DD. I have since lost around 3 stone in weight.
They are now a deflated B/C.
I am booked in for surgery for 4th August. I haven’t met my surgeon yet but he suggested maybe just an implant or uplift & implant. I would rather just the implants because of scarring. However I’m worried they won’t look good after and they may drop quickly. Has anyone had something similar to me and be able to advice which would be best please? Thankyou x
