Get both hun! You never know how much you’re going to swell at first! And in a few days you’ll feel well enough to go out and buy the right size if you dont already have it! I got 3 different sizes before mine. Best to be prepared! x

I was 32a before. Got 34d, which was tight since they wore it on me just after surgery.

On day three had to get bigger one. Which was 34e. and wearing

it since then. I am 3 weeks post op and its became a bit loose on

band so got a 32f. and fits perfectly.

The Royce with silver in to aid healing that does up at the front, it’s the best if you have one of those ul find you most likely won’t use sports bras for the first couple of weeks or so, but now I do love my sports bras too xx

I had a Royce too, I’m 8wks PO & still wear it in bed! It’s worth going up a back size, I didn’t so struggled to do mine up after the op until swelling went down a bit. Definitely recommend the Royce silver bra, it does up at the front too x
