    Hii Girls,
I am soon to be joining the gym.
Since my ba i have noticed as im now around 9 months post op when i run or do a fast walk without a bra or with a normal bra my boobs do jiggle about and can be a bit painful. (this was non-existent at a 32A before my op – Strange feeling haha)
Can anyone suggest some good sports bras to wear at the gym? will need 32 DD/E size!
    Thanksss xx

I’ve not tried them yet as only 2 weeks po but I’m told shock absorbers are good. Anything with level 3 or 4 support should be ok tho.
Good luck at the gym! 🙂

Uk sources all seem to say wait 6 weeks for anything.

If you look say at most us sites, 2-4 weeks for gentle exercise but the harder the exercise the longer you wait… Upto 10-12 weeks for really heavy weight training around the chest but basically take things gently and see how it goes if it hurts stop!! One of the main issues as well is check if you are numb!! If oh have numb patches near your cuts you will have no idea if you are injuring yourself so be very careful and check often if you have any numb areas… Visual inspections
