POD4 Not as bad this morning

Hi Girls
So I’m post day 4 of having 400c moderate + unders & this morning was easier than yesterday. I’m still waking up every 4 hours like clockwork as the painkillers have worn off, I envy you girls that can go without them!
The breast band is the worst & my back is still very painful but I wasn’t wincing as much this morn. Hopefully I’m coming out of the worst of it. This forum and Instagram are my lifelines at the moment lol.
How is everyone else feeling?
I’m running out of painkillers so going to try and get a prescription from my GP over the phone today!

I’m on post day 4 too! I agree I’ve found today much easier too 🙂 this strapping is so annoying, it really restricts movement but I suppose it’s doing its job of keeping them in place lol. I’ve found it hard with the painkillers as I don’t normally take them, I find the mornings the hardest but getting there 🙂

Aw glad you are feeling better today too 🙂 I don’t have much strapping but have the breast strap it’s so annoying lol. They look of from what I can see but I don’t see much to be honest lol what I can see I’m happy with 🙂 how about u? X
