Post BA – cleavage in bras?

So I keep hearing girls complain about not being able to find bras that fit post B.A and was wondering is this the general consensus? 🙁 Also, in push-up bras are implants able to lift nicely just as normal boobs do? Obviously I’ve seen girls that have had their boobs done and yeah they have cleavage so this may seem like a stupid question, but what I mean is if you’ve chosen to go for a smaller implant size, (31cc0 to be precise) or thereabouts will implants still lift in bras as usual boobs do? xx
