Post of sleeping on side/going braless

Hi guys need some adivce … I’m so uncomfortable sleeping on my back what would happen if I slept on my side? And will going braless for 30 min every now and then help them drop?

How long have you had them? Apparently it’s to help with swelling and settling to sleep up right. I also got told that a lady slept on her side and squashed her implant making it stay that way for good! I wouldn’t chance it if you arnt to far yet xx

Yeah I’d be scared to although I can’t wait to have a comfortable nights sleep and I’m only 3DPO I think the rules change slightly though once you’ve passed the 2 week stage. Xx

I can’t see taking your bra off an issue though either. I took mine off today for a bath xx

I didn’t go with mya…. I wasn’t told to sleep up right (I’m 12 was post op) but I just slept propped up with 3 pillows also sitting for up to an hour with out your bra will be fine I did this quite often though I would only do it if your just sitting watching tv or something I wouldn’t do it when ur moving about to much just gave some relief to me taking the bra off every now n then, now though I don’t realky like not having a bra on I feel much more comfortable in my Macom than I do without 1 and not supported xx

I’m 6 dpo now and I’ve been sleeping a bit lower than 45 degrees because I couldn’t risk not sleeping and being grumpy the next day!

I take my bra off for about an hour a day, normally when I bath x

I wouldn’t risk sleeping on side or going brakes for half hour st this stage sleeping on your side this soon can course implant to displace xxxx
