Def a v pillow, dressing gown, slippers, clothes that do up the front & pjs that also do up the front (I live in dresses so it was dreadful wearing joggers n hoodies so bought some button up dresses etc 🙂 ) plenty of sports bras incase you don’t like the others- I bought 6, 1 from Asda, 2 from primark, a Macom, a Royce & a cheap one off eBay n the Macom was by far my favourite I have lived in it n hated wash day but everyones different! also known a lot of girls that didn’t buy the Macom & hated all their sports bras so had to go get the m&s zip up front ones for £22 they’re supposed to be really comfy, buying myself one today 🙂 xx

Apart from the shopping list… At home get things out of high and low cupboards, or pushed back that you need, a friend to wash your hair, lots of fresh fruit. Try limit pushing yourself unless you feel ok, walk around loads, but rest more xx

Will you have someone at home for the first week for support? I don’t know what I would’ve done, I had friends for the first couple days, my mum then my boyfriend to fetch things & make sure I could reach things like tea & mugs etc for when they weren’t around, it’s a very odd feeling walking around with new breasts & them being strapped down either with strapping or a pressure garment i.e a sports bra everyone laughs at me I walk so funny!! Xx
