    So I’ve got my op on 23rd June with Mr Mahdi. At the pre op the nurses said I’m bandaged up for 10 days and can’t get the bandage wet. Has anyone got any advice or tips on like keeping yourself clean? I’m proper stressing out that I can’t wash properly!

    I’ve been having a shallow bath and washing my underarms with a flannel and stuff xx

    Shallow bath, having a friend wash your hair over the bath, flannel for arms, neck etc. Not as bad as you think xx
