Hey, I have my ba sizing appointment next week the op is booked for 22nd oct. I have slightly tubular breast and am currently a small 34b after breastfeeding, hoping to get to a d or dd. Xx

Before your op put everything at arms reach so you don’t have to stretch much and pull on your incisions (like tea bags in high cupboards) and make sure none of your taps are too tight coz for the first few days my arms had no strength at all… Good luck hunni xoxo

Make sure when u get into bed I have at least 3 normal pillows piled up and a v pillow on to prevent to much straining when u need to get out of bed… Also ice packs work wonders on ur breasts if their aching and hot after ur op xxx

Make sure you have a few button up tops! I have had to rummage through my wardrobe panicing I’ve nothing to wear! Might sound daft but I never thought of it xx
