Post Op Bleeding anyone?

I’ve had quite a big blood mark on the left side where the drains were, almost half a hand size. I completely freaked out and called emergency line. They said it’s normal after the drains and if I see any fresh blood tomorrow, I should call them again.
Have any of you had blood stains after drains?!

I didnt hav drains but i had blood. Nothing to worry about as long as its not actively bleeding.

My left bled a lot from the drain site under my strapping. Nurse said it was completely normal and not to worry unless it was to keep bleeding xx

Thanks girls! I changed my bra and overnight there was a little blood mark, but much much smaller than before.
Good tip for anyone – make sure your post -op bra is white so you can see any blood marks! Emailed my patient coordinator with pics, so hopefully she will let me know if it looks okay xx
