Post op bra

Was anyone told not to wear tight sports bra for at least two week post op?
Iv just received my pack from my consultant and say to only wear a soft non wired bra for at least two weeks he advised a bra called Eden house magic bra fastens at the front but it’s literally the plainest soft bra Iv ever seen,. Iv noticed most of you’is on here wear really tight compression bras.
Any advice thanks ladies

I was advised sports bra for 6 weeks. I wore a macom bra for 2 weeks i think and now im wearing m&s zip front high impact sports bra.

My surgeon doesn’t like the macom, I’m stuck as for what one to get xx

I asked my nurse about bras yesterday and she said it needs to be full support. x

Defo get the M&S zip up one its is really supportive and so comfortable, its my favourite! x

I wore macom but was too tight and made dents so Ive been wearing the royce impact free sport bra since, I swaf by it, its £30 but worth it x

The M&S zip up at the front extreme impact bra all the way!
It holds them in place and is super comfy!!

It’s all the best one I’ve found with some of your slightly lower cut tops/dresses and circle neck lines. I liked the support bras but found them challenging with my clothes and accentuating the pointiness Of the nipples even more lol. The M&S just helped to round the boobs off abit more.
Out of all the bras I bought and tried I reckon I’ll still wear this one after my 6 weeks when I can start wearing normal bras

This is the bra he has said to order as you just order the back size like you do with macom he said I’m not allowed to wear a sports bra for up to 2 weeks post op. Strange! Do you think it’s pretty similar to nose post surgery bras? Obviously not the m&s sport as that’s quite supportive. X
