I’m getting mine this weekend, think I’m going to get one from asda and maybe two of the high impact sports bras from marks and spencer 🙂 a lot of people have recommended the m&s one so that’ll do for my full-time post op one. I don’t know what size to get to compensate for the swelling so just gonna get 2 different sizes of the cheap ones from asda and return whichever I don’t use 🙂 I’ve left it too late to order a macom bra in time for my op but I might get one for when my swelling has gone down 🙂 xx

Louise check with Macom you may still be ok. I have ordered mine today in black but surgery day is not until Friday next week. I also have the black and pink zip up sports bra from M&S which I love xx

I only used macoms at first.. ppl say other brands are just as good but they werent for me.. now at 6 weeks i use all diff kinds.. i would say the top choices are macom, m&s zip up and the asda ones.. maybe get 1 of each its trial and error really xx

Hey Hun I found my zip up m&s perfect for about a week then the high back annoyed me cause of wearing strappy tops but I love love the asda post op bra and the padded front catch bra so comfy !

Louise watch the ones from M&S … I bought mine from there, and 2 other high impact sports bras… I got a black front fastening one and the zip is really hard to do up, may need wd40 to loosen it xxx
Amanda .. I really don’t know what to do about the macom, really can’t decide on it !! I purchased 3 from M&S just got the D cup sizes as hadn’t been told any different xxx

I got two from m&s a 32d and 34d I’m usually a 32 but wearing the 34. I also bought the asda front fastening one in small size which I though was big before my op now it fits perfect and is so comfy but does not give me as much supports as the m&s one does. That’s my favourite. Xx

I bought a macom and it came in 2 days, tried it on and it wasn’t comfy at all ( it hurt more than anything ) my surgeon told me not to use it as he doesnt like them but its each to their own realy 🙂 I got on realy well with the asda ones they are so soft and cumfy xx
