Hi girls,
So before I left the hospital this morning the nurse helped me put my Macom bra on. I brought 2 because I weren’t sure on sizing. I brought a small and a medium. I tried the medium on and the nurse said it was too loose so not enough support so I put the smaller on instead. At first it felt fine but after about an hour or two it started to rub and I could really feel it irritating my incisions.
I’ve had a nap and couldn’t take the pain from it so I slept without it on (I still have full strapping on) so I hope this was ok to do…
I’ve now put my Marks and Spencers zip up one on. Its a 34DD and fits nicely. Although its quite tight and I can feel the support from it, its not digging in anywhere.
What do you think I should do about my Macoms? Should I keep both or should I send one back? If so, which one?! Helppp!
