Hi ladies, I’m really struggling finding a post op bra?
Will this one be okay?
I just got amazing ones in m&s today sooo sooo soft and compfy
I didn’t rate the ones in m&s didn’t think they were very good quality 🙁
I’ve looked everywhere and tried so many on!! I don’t want to spend so much money then ruin them by wearing the wrong post bra. I’ll have a trip to m&s tomorrow! Xx
Really ohhh dear ? Its so hard buying bras when iv never known what makes a good one coz non of them ever fit haha !! i also got some cheaper ones in asda so i guess i decided which at more compfy when i get new boobies ! Xx
Tell me about it! I can’t wait to go bra shopping when I actually have boobs? What size are you having?
Have you gone up a back size with your sports bra btw? Xx
I know mee too so much !! Im a 32a atm and having 375cc HP unders and i havent … However im debating it now but my 32 is not tight now so i would have room for some swelling aswell as in the cup size i have the 32DD aswell as my PC told me to get those two sizes xx

There isn’t much support in that bra Debenhams bra fitters will always recommend this one http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_285010257160_-1 I know to well as my mum is bra there and says this is best around I’ve used this with full uplift and implants and two other ops
That one does look good courtney might purchase that one xx
Girls you can’t wrong this bad boy can starch out 3-4 cup sizes more as like a snap back in it so there for it will allways flow to your beast size changes so one bra will always fit you wether it’s from small to large or lager to small it will always fit if you chose this bra my mum said you will need to fitted up as it gose of width not cup and tell the bra fitter what your having done as they trained up for us implants girls I got mine pre op I had got DD one and had 590cc and GG with swelling on top and was fab
It’s called shock absorber for a reason as it made to absorb the shock b4 your breast take the hit like walking or running or driving over bumps everyday things a lot of science has gone in to making these http://www.shockabsorber.co.uk/bounce-o-meter/ little more info for xx
I tried the shock absorber one and I didn’t like the material xx
The material is wear all strength and it’s made to breath end of the day it’s got a tough job to do and rather have some material not to your liking than big thick scarring and stench marks I wanted the best the start to my implants just wait till you got your dressing on there not nice at all and they itch that’s worse xx
?
I might just get one and see which one is best after my op!
If I wear 32a bras atm which size should I get, I’m having 300cc xx
Hi BETH if thinking of getting one go in and get fitted up for one and tell the girl what your having done and you need to go up back size as these bras are done by width not cup as they bigger . I got 34 DD and I had 590cc and was GG with swelling on top and it fit like glove . also try few diffrent brands so you can the diffrence in them in all on strength and shock ab run always comes out on top if get them b4 your op take the two bras with you my Mac got tossed off back in my bag as my surgeon said he hates them xx
Asda ones are meant to be really comfy and about £8 x
Okay I will do, thanks for your help Courtney ?Xx
Your welcome chick it’s so important to get the right one after your op you be feeling like you been hit by a bus and they so heavy they need to be held up close to your body it’s all about quilty of it really you get what you for pay for go in try all these diffrent sports bra against each other then you know which ones are best and I’ve tired loafs with all my 3 ops and this one 4th one I will be going bk in to my shock ab xx
I’ll get a shock absorber one. I’ll take a few to the hospital with me, I’m sure my surgeon will advise me on which is best! Xx
