so I know this is a generally over asked question, but my PC told me to go for a medium or a 34DD post op bra. my stats when I went for my consultation were 32c or 30D, ive been eating well and exercising as got holiday coming up, however it seems my muscles have toned up a little and I’m not measuring just under a 29″ circumference and so a 34″ will be like 5″ too big is this how much space you need for swelling? (getting 350cc implants)

do they give you enough support? when I looked at them in my last try on I wasn’t sure they would give enough support as they look very flimsy? xx

I got the macom. It’s really comfy and I’ve had no problems with it rubbing my incisions or anywhere else. I’m a 28″ back so I got a 28-30 and a 32 also. I wore the 32 day 2 and 3 and wear it to sleep in and the 28-30 through the day. M&S and places like that only start at a 32″ back size x

yeah Hannah well like I said my PC said a 34 back but surely that would be way too big even with swelling? x

You can always wait until after your surgery and then buy a support bra as you do not need to wear it straight away. The MYA bra is expensive and because you don’t know what you exact size is going to be you can’t go shopping for some before your op, unless you were to buy a few different sizes and then just return the ones that do not fit after x

I’m with Hannah, the macoms are easy to size. You go the next size up from your current bra size regardless of whether you’ll be a C,D,E or F! Mine doesn’t dig in, it’s a comfortable as can be with 24 hours of swelling in there! Easy to get on and off too.
