Hi I’m just wondering what people’s favourite go to surgery bras are? Is it best to have a couple of sizes to compensate for swelling? I’m currently a 32A getting 375cc partial/dual plane and I’ve seen some people who were a similar size go for medium where others have gone for small. Also I found this bra on amazon and wondered if anyone else has tried it. Was hoping to get some ASDA ones but looks like they may have stopped selling them now. Xxx

Can see it now I wondered about hook and eye if it would be easy to do post op, the nurse said any sports bra will do and recommended asda m and s and matalan, I had a long look on amazon and ordered these want a black one though as well as she did go up and down back sizes the reviews are good for post op but still wondering about the macon one….

I am 7 weeks post op, 300cc unders. I got a post op recovery bra from the clinic I went to but I also bought the marks one to swap out between washes etc.. I showed it to my nurse as well and she thought it looked good. My only issue with it is that you have to specify a size as I ordered online… I got 36c which was a good fit fortunately. However, the straps are not adjustable and I’m quite tall. I actually got the Amazon ones mentioned above by Gemma as well and really really like them! They are probably not as “compressive” but they are v comfortable and my go to bras at the moment, great for the gym too. I got size M.

Morning, im 1 week po, saw my nurse yesterday, ive opted for m&s post op zip front bras, it is so comfy its unreal and im allowed to wear them now, they are £25 but because its surgery the vat is taken off so they cost £20.83, best money i have paid so far for comfort as obvs still very sore, hope this helps xx
