Post op bra advice

What bras did everyone get for the day of surgery. I’ve been every where today but not mananged get any as I’m unsure of what cup size order. I know I need order a back size bigger but how did u know ur cup size without been measured and I couldn’t find any with just back size measurements. I’ve ordered a Macon bra for now for the day but need more bras for the 6 weeks but don’t really want pay £50 for another Macom bra xx

Hi Joanne I’m 5dpo and know exactly how u feel, I brought 2 macoms for hospital and 2 from Debenhams ….I’ve only wore my macoms as they are the only ones that fit me comfortably, the 2 I got from Debenhams I carnt even fasten as I’ve swelled that much!!! I measure 30 back so ordered 32 and that doesn’t come anywhere near!!! So for the past 3 days I’ve been sat ordering bras!!!! Still not found one, macom are best cost u only measure size of ur back not cup size xx good luck x

I bought high impact sports bras from Marks and Spencer’s, you get two in a pack black and white for £30. I bought a back size bigger than I was to accommodate for swelling and went for the cup size that I hoped to be . I bought two packs of different sizes, kept hold of my receipt and refunded the ones I didn’t need yesterday 🙂 they’ve been great so far but they are back fastening (my surgeon actually recommended back fastening) x

I got the same as Clare they do white and back they are so comfy too I got them in 34 DD and are fine. I got a D in the zip up front one and that no where near did up it was way too small xx

Agree Jane Marie they are really comfy and good to sleep in too. I had my dressings removed yesterday and the nurse gave me gauze to put over just incase my bra rubbed my incisons but it’s not rubbed once! X
