Post op bra advice please

Today I saw the nurse who said I should get a post op bra that has the opinion to adjust the shoulder strap length. I’ve tried malcome and hated it! Been in Asdas zip up front bra which I’ve loved but now my strapping is off I can see what she means.

Has anyone found a supportive bra suitable for this stage (one week post op) and has adjustable straps?

Not really up too a full days shopping just yet lol.

The nurse put that one me when I left the hospital , I took them and zip up support bra , she said make sure adjust the straps to keep them well in place they only had grey and black 2 pck when I got them x

M&s have a 2 pack of high impact sports bras with adjustable straps X they are very nice , I got them and they are nice and soft as well x
