I’ve tried a few already and my faves are the shock absorber ultimate run and the marks and Spencer’s high Impact zip up front one. Got a macom on order too! They’re good if ur unsure on what cup size as they go by your back size! Xx

I got the iBra, just coz it was 5/5 for supportive ness but the normal one is the bestseller?! I should have ordered them both to compare! I love my M&S one, got the purple one but can’t hold of the black one I want which is annoying! Never in my size! A lot of the girls on here recommended the shock absorber one! Xx

I have the 1007 one. If you use discount code secret you get 10% off. X you have to wear a sports bra for 6 weeks. Xx you can get some less obvious looking sports bras but they ain’t as supportive so I wouldn’t recommend them to wear for a long time but maybe if your going out. Xx

Thanks ladies, theres so much to think of its a bit overwhelming, if im honest i thought the hospital gave you one to go home in, and yes i will need something mega supportive as my partner can only take a week off and then my sister can only help for a week herself aswell so ill be up doing the school run 2 weeks after surgery i really appreciate everyones help i seriously have no idea what to expect lol xx

I had my op Tuesday and and fine. Touch wood.. no pain .. Went to mums same day for a coffee. Went out shopping with my hubby yesterday and been my sisters today. Feel a little stiff but otherwise so far so good. Xx I aint cooked or cleaned for the last 3 days but can dress myself in normal clothes and get out of bed without using my arms. Hubby had 2 days off work and he is back tomorrow but I’m sure I can manage on my own. Il just make a sandwich for lunch and take it easy is xx

I’ve gone for the shock absorber but will be getting a cheaper one for a couple of weeks or so when I won’t need as much support. Definitely get one that fastens at the front or back and isn’t a pull over type. I wish I’d gotten a front fastener as I’m finding it difficult to do up without any help. Good luck with your surgery Hun, you will be fine just take it easy and listen to your body! X
