POST OP BRA – Dos/ don’ts !!!!

So I have Afew questions about the aftercare and the Bra you wear. Do you have to wear that bra religiously! Say on the odd occasion you’re going to an event wear the bra doesn’t really suit, can you not wear it for one day?

I was told I have to wear my sports bra for atleast 6 weeks morning and night and to only take it off when I have a shower or bath or if I’m changing into another sports bra it’s all part of the healing process 🙂xx

Hi , my surgeon said the same – to wear for the full 6 weeks .. however at 5 weeks and 2 days I went to a christening and wore a strapless bra for 2-3 hours with no problems but think of I’d have worn it all day it would have been too much x wear your surgery bra as much as you can xx

thank you gals this has really helped. Planning on going to the races and whatever outfit I wear might have to wear different bra for a couple of hours. Hopefully my surgery can be booked well before or after the races.
