Post op bra- what is to tight

I’ve currently got a. M and s post op bra in my back size but I am in a lot of pain with how tight it is , is this how it should be ? Should it feel really tight? I’ve gone out and got the same bra but a back size bigger but now I’m worried it’s not supported enough … help lol

I had the same issue with the M&S bra! My normal back size I can barely breath and a size up was a bit loose. My surgeon actually cut the straps a bit to loosen them and it was still too tight. I’ve ended up living in my Asda and Macom bras as they’re much comfier. I think I’ll go back to the M&S when the swelling and bloating has reduced.

I couldn’t use the M&S one I bought either have a look at my thread on tips there’s a brilliant bra on there and it’s delivered the next day so comfortable.
