I have my procedure on the 29th December with Dr Traynor. I was wondering if anyone would recommend what post op bras they wore on the day of the surgery. I am finding it really hard to find a post op bra that has a front fastening, if already tried Asda, tesco, m&s. All I have managed to find is an extra support sports bra with front fastening!? Will that be ok ?? If need b I will have to invest in a Macom bra but there a tad pricy and not sure on the comfort and quality. Please help ☺️

Extra support is what you need after the surgery. M&S is the good one I got it and its comfy. They are few on ebay for around
£10. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281527899017?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&var=580553179995&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I will sure use it at he gym as well x

Nicola, I massively struggled getting a big size, they’re constantly out of stock, so annoying isn’t it! Managed to get a purple one and a black one but was constantly checking. Shock absorber ultimate run bra’s are fab….can get them in debenhams, sports direct, next etc and also macom! They’re good coz they go of your back size rather than cup size xx
