So I need to start ordering my post op bras but I’m so confused!
I know I’m going to order two Macom bras but I’m not sure whether to get my normal back size or a back size up? But if I get the back size up won’t I have to stop wearing them once the swelling has gone down?
Also have no idea what size to get in my sport bras and Where’s the best place for them?

I got my normal back size for the Macom, I haven’t had my surgery yet but I’m sure I’ll be fine as I have a bit of room, also I got recommended the m&s high impact sports bras with the zip at the front. These are meant to be really good too. Hope that helps u a bit ? Xx
I’ve bought two macon bras but they are really stiff and already font feel the most comfortable! i managed to find a sports bra thats super soft from asda today in the sale from £8 to £5 🙂 so have a look! I’m going to wear the macon during the day and the asda one and night and I’m going to order one from m&s also xxx
