Post op bras? HELP!!!

I have no idea what post op bra to buy or sports bras or anything! I can’t even work out how to measure myself for them either! I think I measure 72/73cm under breast and 74/75cm on the breast. I’m hoping to get 285cc possibly 300cc under muscle round implants. Help? I’m so confused on what’s best!

Babe I have 2 macom bras which look awful but are definitely the most comfortable as they are done on back sizes and mold you your boobs!! I have 2 high impact sports bras from m&s that I ordered off the internet and are nowhere near as comfortable!! Xx

I would get a macom and also a Freya bra 🙂 Then you will need a sports bra… Marks and spencer have some good ones 🙂 xxxx

Yeah I don’t have a clue how to measure myself I don’t wear bras in general unless I’m going out and that’s just so it looks like I have some sort of boob.

Yes perfect as it fastens at the front which makes it easier and as it comes down low it won’t upset your scars xx

Thank you also them BA bands do they actually help? The bands that stop them from rising?
