Post op bras (macom)

Post op bras? Any one recommend any other post op bras that are good or are macom the best?
Still after a black macom in medium if any of you girls are selling one. X

Im 10 weeks post op and only just started wearing my macom and its quite comfy but upto now ive been wearing my m&s sports bras, they are really supportive and ive found them really good, they come in a pack of 2 black and white and they cost £25 x

Hi, are they the sports bras that come in the boxes? Ill have to have a look at them. I tried the M&S one with the zip on the front very supportive but 1 week post op really squashed my boobs as it was quiet tight. May be better when all the swelling has gone down. Thanks xx

No they didn’t come in a box, Yes they are very supportive they hold your boobs firmly in place lol x

I got the one thats listed as best seller in black and nude, normal band size. Love it as i had to keep changing sports bra sizes as my boobs changed throughout the recovery and it cost me a fortune as I needed so many (gym, daily wear, sleeping in). Am 13 weeks po now and still wear my macom to bed or when chilling as its so comfy 🙂 xx

When buying a normal sports bra for post op is it better to get high impact? Or does that not matter?

Hi Layla, I have 1 macom bra all a ready and have tried a few others on asda, tesco, some m&s and I personally feel that this is by far the comfeyest all though quiet expensive :/ I’ve not tried the sports bras mentioned in the eairler post as they are meant to be good. But 1 week after op I think the macom wins my vote. eBay sell a royce silver that is meant to be good and some other post surgery bras but try and get the seam free ones 🙂 Ive been doing my research last night 🙂 and went out shopping in the day. As one of the other posts says type mybreast in and get 15% discount at macom.

I’m just trying to find a spare black one on here. 🙂
